Eka San Marco is a limited edition of ten numbered pieces inspired by the mosaics of the Basilica di San Marco. To mark the tenth anniversary of the opening of the flagship store in Venice, the iconic Eka bracelet has been enhanced with an exclusive handcrafted micromosaic design.

Eka San Marco’s distinctive feature is the decorative element created by the master artisans of Sicis, an Italian excellence in micromosaic technique, consisting of the hand-setting of extremely small tiles—sometimes less than a millimetre—made of glass paste fused at very high temperatures and shaped by hand. For Eka San Marco, a specially created paste has been used, a blend of mineral components and powders obtained by grinding hard stones such as lapis, tourmaline, malachite and amethyst, to achieve the desired shades.

Eka San Marco is a series of unique pieces, in which the decorative element of the bracelet is a miniature work of art and craftsmanship. Each bracelet features a distinct colour gradient, inspired by the vibrant mosaics that shine against the golden background of the domes and naves of the Basilica di San Marco, one of the most beloved monuments in the world.
