Everyday sensations behind FOPE jewels

FOPE’s collaboration with Ivan Grianti and Vieri Dalla Chiesa continues with a new series of photos and videos of the “mundane”, that are featured in a new #FOPElab chapter. Gestures and movements highlight FOPE’s jewellery, with fleeting moments evoking everyday sensations.

The new chapter of #FOPElab is an original portrait of FOPE’s jewellery captured in suggestive glimpses by the creative duo Grianti - Dalla Chiesa. The focus is on simple gestures that happen in everyday contexts and yet out of any specific space and time. In these abstract instants the fine jewellery takes centre stage, flowing in synchrony with the person's moves. While dancing, Elena wears pieces from the Aria collection, a fine and sinuous gold mesh that follows her smooth gestures - even when styled unconventionally. These jewels are designed to be layered and worn freely, allowing everyone to express their unique distinctive identity.

Ivan Grianti and Vieri Dalla Chiesa’s Common Behaviour project took shape in 2017 as a collective which makes films, documentaries and photography. Ivan is a 30-year-old photographer who lives and works in Milan where he relocated after graduating in Fine Art Painting at the San Francisco Academy of Fine Arts. As for Vieri Dalla Chiesa, he studied cinematography and mostly works for the fashion industry, with clients including Off-White and Hunter Fashion Magazine among several others.

The new photos and videos will be posted in the brand's social media channels in the coming months.
