FOPE’s green space is growing

In 2020 FOPE launched the Treedom initiative in order to neutralise the 2018 and 2019 CO2 emissions. Today the forest continues to growth with new cards that represent a tree given as a gift for every purchase.

FOPE’s corporate choices are driven by the spirit of social responsibility that pervades every aspect of its business: from sourcing raw materials to quality control, from production to the shipping of the jewellery. On top of this, solar panels has recently been installed in the Vicenza HQs and new company policies have been implemented to meet the highest environmental standards.

The CO2 neutralisation project has been on since 2018 with hundreds of trees planted in Kenya, Madagascar, Tanzania and Central America. Along the way, FOPE has also involved customers by gifting a tree per each jewel purchased, a way to raise awareness and make individuals protagonists of positive change (each tree can be "activated" by the owner who will then be able to follow its growth and receive news about it). In addition to its virtuous impact on the environment, this project also supports local communities who can satisfy part of the area's food supply needs by harvesting the fruits. Today 1.267 trees have already been planted and will absorb 404.40 t* of CO2, so FOPE wants to express its gratitude to all those who have supported the growth of this green space so far.
