#FOPEfaces, portrait of a typical day at FOPE’s

#FOPElab is back with new contents for the Around FOPE theme. It is a photoshoot focusing on the people who are involved with the brand everyday. Behind the camera, Carmen Colombo captures shared moments of passion and creativity. Workspaces become environments where connections and exchanges happen: this is a unique opportunity to see the brand from a different perspective.

The new #FOPEfaces chapter deals with connections and interactions that take place in the Vicenza headquarters. If diversity is essential for cooperation, then each person’s view contributes to the continuous improvement and innovation of the brand. Since 1929 employees have represented one of the company’s key strengths and sharing becomes essential, particularly in the production process: jewels pass from hand to hand and everyone contributes to crafting the highest quality jewellery.

Carmen Colombo was born in 1991 in a small town in Brianza, Italy. 
In 2012 she graduated in Photography and Visual Arts at the European Institute of Design. She lives in Milan and works as a freelance photographer. Besides collaborating with several magazines and publications, including D della Repubblica, Financial Times, Monocle, Domus Magazine, Carmen continues working on her personal research projects, some of which have been displayed in exhibitions at Jitterbug Gallery in Paris, Triennale in Milan and Focus Arthilein in Lugano. In 2017, she published her first book "Al di qua delle montagne“ with publisher Edizioni d’Ottobre.
