#FOPEfaces, handling complexity

Continuity in progress: in more that ninety years since its foundation, FOPE has changed in order to adapt to the ever-changing commercial and social settings. Together with the ownership of the Cazzola family and the constant search for high quality in jewellery, the company has based its growth (both market and technological) on its drive to innovate in all fields. Today a fine jewellery brand like FOPE requires a complex organisation and conceives ambitious projects that, following the 2016 public listing, are also aimed to the investor community. On top of this, the company builds its success on sustainability goals as much as on economic ones.

The final interview of the #FOPEFaces is dedicated to Diego Nardin, CEO at FOPE. After graduating in Economics and Commerce at Trento University, Diego performed Management Consultant activities for several years in the Strategy and Finance area for leading consulting companies (Deloitte Italy, Coreconsulting Group). Appointed by Fope’s shareholders to draw up the Industrial Plan for Development in 2005, he joined the Board of Directors the same year and since 2008 he has been Chief Executive Officer of the S.pA. and the subsidiaries.
