FOPE ships for free its jewellery within Europe with FedEx in 7-20 working days (more details are specified in the single product page) from the reception of the payment. If you purchase with a credit card, add one business day to the normal shipping schedules due to administrative procedures. If you pay via bank transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from the confirmation of the payment, which is usally calculated between 3 up to 5 days.
You may check the delivery by means of a link we will send you per e-mail. Remember to give us a phone number so that the courier can contact you. After a couple of attempts, the courier will keep the parcel at their warehouse.
The packaging of our products is very important for us. If you receive a damaged package, remember to add the following text to the shipping document: “I accept the package reserving the right of further checks because it is damaged”. We also kindly ask you to immediately notify us your conditioned acceptance per e-mail. If the courier refuses to let you add the reserve for further checks, please reject the delivery. Please notify us the rejection per e-mail.

As provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you can return your jewellery within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.
Please write an e-mail to our customer service. They will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the instructions to return the parcel. The jewellery shall be returned undamaged and properly packed in its original packaging together with the warranty.
In any case you don’t have to incur any costs for the return of your purchase.
