If you wish to receive your gifts before Christmas, please remember to place your order within\u00a0Monday 12th December if you pay with PayPal. If you opt for paying via bank transfer remember to make your order within Monday 5th December.<\/b><\/p>\n

Shipping costs and times
\n<\/span><\/em>FOPE e-commerce is available in Europe and the UK. Shipping is free via DHL or FedEx courier, with delivery in 7-20 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
\n<\/span>If you purchase by credit card, an extra business day is required for administrative checks. If you pay by bank transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from confirmation of payment (usually 3 days).<\/span><\/p>\n

Checking shipment and delivery
\n<\/span><\/em>To check the status of your shipment from the courier<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s website, use the tracking code <\/span>sent to you<\/span>by e-mail. Remember always <\/span>to <\/span>provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact you <\/span>when the package is out for<\/span> delivery. After two attempts, the parcel will <\/span>be stored<\/span> and you will be able to pick it up at the courier<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Damaged parcel
\n<\/span><\/em>W<\/span>e<\/span> take great care in packing the jewellery.
\n<\/span>If at the time of delivery the outside of the parcel appears damaged, add the following text <\/span>to<\/span> the delivery note before signing it: <\/span>\u201c<\/span>I accept the parcel subject to inspection because <\/span>of<\/span> damage<\/span> to the package<\/span>\u201d<\/span>.<\/span>Y<\/span>ou <\/span>can thus<\/span> accept the parcel with reservation<\/span>s<\/span>. <\/span>
\n<\/span>If you have received a damaged parcel, notify our <\/span>customer service<\/span><\/a> immediately.<\/span>
\n<\/span>If the courier refuses to let you <\/span>add a note<\/span>, reject the package and write to<\/span> our<\/span> customer service<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Emails and orders arriving after 5.30 p.m. on Friday will be <\/span>dealt with<\/span> the following Monday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Return<\/span><\/em>s<\/em>
\n<\/span>You <\/span>may<\/span> request the return of jewellery purchased online within 14 working days <\/span>of<\/span> the delivery of your order, pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 (<\/span>\u201c<\/span>Consumer Code<\/span>\u201d<\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n

How to request a return<\/em>
\n<\/span>Send an email<\/span><\/a> with your return request to our customer service. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you all the information you need to return the package.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to return <\/span>a<\/span><\/em> jewel<\/em>
\n<\/span>Return the purchased jewel in its original packaging, together with the guarantee certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refund<\/em>
\n<\/span>If you decide to return the product, we will refund the payment made to our online shop with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you request a different method.<\/span>

As provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005) you can return your jewellery within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.<\/p>\n

Please\u00a0write an e-mail<\/a>\u00a0to our customer service. \u2028They will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the instructions to return the parcel.\u2028 The jewellery shall be returned undamaged and properly packed in its original packaging together with the warranty.
