Shipments and returns

If you wish to receive your gifts before Christmas, please remember to place your order within Monday 12th December if you pay with PayPal. If you opt for paying via bank transfer remember to make your order within Monday 5th December.

Summer break
The orders placed after 22 July will be processed starting from Monday, 19 August.

Shipping costs and times
Shipping is free by DHL or FedEx courier in 7-20 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
If you purchase by credit card, an extra business day is required for administrative checks. If you pay by bank transfer, the shipping time will be calculated from confirmation of payment (usually 3 days).

Checking shipment and delivery
To check the status of your shipment from the couriers website, use the tracking code sent to youby e-mail. Remember always to provide a telephone number so that the courier can contact you when the package is out for delivery. After two attempts, the parcel will be stored and you will be able to pick it up at the couriers warehouse.

Damaged parcel
We take great care in packing the jewellery.
If at the time of delivery the outside of the parcel appears damaged, add the following text to the delivery note before signing it: I accept the parcel subject to inspection because of damage to the package.You can thus accept the parcel with reservations.
If you have received a damaged parcel, notify our customer service immediately.
If the courier refuses to let you add a note, reject the package and write to our customer service.

Contact FOPE at any time by sending an email to customer service.
Emails and orders arriving after 5.30 p.m. on Friday will be dealt with the following Monday.

Returns
You may request the return of jewellery purchased online within 14 working days of the delivery of your order, pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 (Consumer Code).

How to request a return
Send an email with your return request to our customer service. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you all the information you need to return the package.

How to return a jewel
Return the purchased jewel in its original packaging, together with the guarantee certificate.

Refund
If you decide to return the product, we will refund the payment made to our online shop with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you request a different method.
In any case, you will not incur any cost for the refund.

Returns

As provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you can return your jewellery within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.

Please write an e-mail to our customer service. 
They will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the instructions to return the parcel.
 The jewellery shall be returned undamaged and properly packed in its original packaging together with the warranty.
In any case you don’t have to incur any costs for the return of your purchase.
